AP2 is a residence in the center of Lisbon with four (4) rooms and one (1) bathroom, oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located between Alfornelos and Carnide.

Rooms
Each room is furnished with a bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench, and dustbin.

Rooms can be furnished with a new, unused set of sheets (top and bottom), duvet, and pillow with cover, plus a face towel and bath towel. This is an optional feature that can be requested after booking. The cost is 65€ – paid to the landlord at check-in.

Common Areas
The common area features a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house and cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned once a week by the cleaning staff.

Kitchen
The kitchen includes 1 refrigerator with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

Location
This location benefits from a varied local commerce network, with a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks, and more. It is just a step away from the Pontinha Metro Station.

The house is centrally located, making it convenient to reach Pontinha metro station (Blue Line) in just a few minutes. There is a wide range of public transport options connecting to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis.
