There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in the common area, as well as a telephone with free fixed calls in the lobby. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff.

Kitchen

The kitchen has two (2) refrigerators with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

Location

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks.

Transport

In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Anjos or Arroios (Green Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!

What’s included?

All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas and cleaning up to twice a week) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.

This landlord charges an administration fee of €45.
