AP8 is a flat in the center of Lisbon with  three (3) rooms and one (1) bathroom, oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located between Alfornelos and Carnide.

Rooms

The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin.

The room can be furnished with a new, unused set of sheets (top and bottom), duvet and pillow with cover, plus a face towel and bath towel. This is an optional feature, can be requested after booking, the cost is 65€ – paid to landlord at the check-in.

Common areas

The common area has a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house ( common areas ) is cleaned once a week by the cleaning staff.

Kitchen

The kitchen has 1 refrigerator with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

Location

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks and is just a step away from the Pontinha Metro Station.

Transport

In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Pontinha (Blue Line). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!
