The room can be furnished with a new, unused set of sheets (top and bottom), duvet and pillow with cover, plus a face towel and bath towel. This is an optional feature, can be requested after booking, the cost is 65€ – paid to landlord at the check-in.

Kitchen

The kitchen has three 1 refrigerator with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

Location

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks and is just a step away from the Pontinha Metro Station.

Transport

In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Pontinha (Blue Line). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!

What is included?

All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 30€ per month.

Visits allowed during the day, as long as they do not disturb those who study or work, but from 22:00 onwards, visits cannot remain in the apartments under any circumstances. It is intended a calm, peaceful environment and that no one feels a lack of privacy.
