The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks and is just a step away from the Olaias Plaza.

All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.
